We’re so glad you’re here. Joining the Nervous System Recovery Membership, HEAL, HEAL Live, the HEAL Membership, or one of our other programs is a meaningful step in your healing journey, and we want you to feel clear and confident about how everything works.

These Terms and Conditions explain what you can expect from us, and what we ask from you in return. They cover things like how long you’ll have access, how payments and refunds work, community guidelines, and important disclaimers.

Please take a few minutes to read them carefully before completing your purchase.

By enrolling, you’re agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. They help keep our programs safe, respectful, and sustainable for everyone.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Program Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you” or “Participant”) and Stress School LLC d/b/a Somia International, a Massachusetts limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Program Terms govern your purchase of and participation in our online programs, including but not limited to the HEAL Program, HEAL Membership, HEAL Live, live coaching, mentoring sessions, and related courses or digital products (“Programs”).

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in a Program, you agree to be bound by these Program Terms, our Terms of Use (which govern general website and service use), and our Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, these Program Terms control for matters related to Program purchase, participation, and refunds.

1. Program Access and License

• Upon purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use Program content for your own personal learning.
• Your login credentials are for you only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.
• Access duration:

• HEAL Program: lifetime of the program as offered by Somia International.
• HEAL Membership: ongoing access, subject to recurring subscription payments.

• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue Programs at any time.

2. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

• You agree to pay the Program price as listed at purchase, including applicable taxes and fees
• If you enroll with a payment plan, you authorize recurring charges until the plan is paid in full.
• Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access until payments are current. You remain responsible for all amounts owed.
• HEAL and Nervous System Recovery Membership subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually, per your checkout selection). Renewal charges are billed unless you cancel before the renewal date.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

• HEAL Program: Refund requests are only considered within 6 weeks of purchase and must include information about which lessons/practices were attempted and why they were not effective. Refunds are not guaranteed.
• Payment Plans: All scheduled payments must be completed. Failure to pay cancels access to the Program.
• HEAL Membership: Membership fees already charged are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges.

• Live Coaching / Mentoring: Mentoring sessions are arranged directly between you and the individual mentor. Somia International does not facilitate, manage, or supervise these sessions and is not a party to any agreement you make with a mentor. Mentoring sessions are subject to the terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase with the mentor, including payment, scheduling, and refund policies. Any concerns, disputes, or claims regarding mentoring sessions must be addressed directly with the mentor.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@somiainternational.com. All decisions are final.

4. Community Standards

If your Program includes access to group coaching, forums, the HEAL Membership community, or the Nervous System Recovery Membership community, you agree to:

• Participate respectfully and maintain confidentiality of what others share.
• Refrain from harassment, abuse, spam, or disruptive behavior (grounds for removal without refund).
• Avoid giving medical, therapeutic, or legal advice to participants unless expressly authorized.

5. Health Disclaimer

Our Programs are intended for educational and informational purposes only.

• We are not doctors, therapists, or medical providers. Nothing in our Programs or communications should be taken as medical, mental health, or legal advice.
• Participation does not create a provider–patient or therapist–client relationship.
• Outcomes cannot be guaranteed; results depend on your individual effort, circumstances, and factors beyond our control.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical or mental health concerns. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking care because of Program content.
• If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately.
• Participation is voluntary, and you accept full responsibility for your health, choices, and outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

• All Program content (videos, audio, text, worksheets, community posts, etc.) is owned by Somia International and protected by law.
• You may download or print materials for personal use only.
• You may not copy, share, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

7. Termination

We may suspend or revoke Program access, without refund, if you:

• Fail to pay amounts due,
• Breach these Program Terms or the Terms of Use, or
• Engage in inappropriate or disruptive conduct.

You may cancel participation at any time; cancellation does not relieve payment obligations already incurred.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data, or health outcomes).
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Program giving rise to the claim

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Somia International, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your participation in a Program or violation of these Program Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Program Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

11. Entire Agreement

These Program Terms, together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding Program purchases.
